This website demonstrates a number of mechanisms working togetehr to make it difficult to take offline.

For the purposes of review, it is currently hosted on neocities, which offers anonyous hosting. Note, though that there is no ability to host dynamic content - limiting the ability to demonstrate authenticated indirection of content. The content policy of neocities also prevents the creation of a '.appcache' file - allowing explicit caching only in browsers supporting the newer Service Worker API.

What it does do, however, is pretty cool:

• links are automatically rewritten to be resilient by linkify.js
• An explicit cache is installed to load the site even when the server is unreachable.
• A piece of 'dynamic' (though really static) data continues to load, even when the server is unreachable.
